Last month, Honor launched another budget phone: the Honor 7A. It has already become top budget phone sellers and won great reputation among technology media. However, for average consumers, other consumers’ comment on real-life product experience might be more useful.

Therefore, I tried to sum up consumers’ reviews of Honor 7A on Flipkart, who is the exclusive seller for the Honor 7A. Hope this can help you decide whether you should buy the Honor 7A.

First of all, the Honor 7A get 13,378 reviews and rating of 4.2/5. Most buyers gave positive respond: 61% of ratings are 5 stars and 21.3% are 4 stars.

Actually, you can easily find several very positive reviews even in first few pages. For example, “At this price point, I don't think there is another phone which can compete in specs and looks as of now”.

The feature which was mentioned most frequently is the Honor 7A’s great camera. The Honor 7A comes with the 13MP+2MP dual-camera on the back and 8MP front camera with a wide aperture of F/2.2. It can capture sharp photos with great details and accurate color, which makes it one of the best camera phone in its price range.

It also has a selfie light on the front to help you take great selfies even with poor lighting. If you like, you can also use Honor 7A’s wide aperture mode, beauty mode, food mode and so on.

Fingerprint unlock and facial unlock are another two features loved by Honor 7A’s buyers. As a phone under 10k, it is quite surprising that it comes with these two flagship-like function.

According to Honor, the time needed to unlock the Honor 7A via fingerprint can be as little as 0.35 second. And it is true, according to buyers since you can see reviews like this: “Works smoothly , finger print ,face unlocking ,everything is fab.”

What’s more, the Honor 7A’s 3,000 mAh battery is enough for full day usage. It comes with the EMUI 8.0 based on Android Oreo, which can perfectly manage app and save battery.

Of course, the Honor 7A has its problem. It has an average 5.7-inch display with the resolution of 1440*720, which is OK but some buyers are not satisfied.

Plus, the Honor 7A has a glossy metal unibody design, which is quite different from plastic design. Some buyers said the Honor 7A is kind of slippery, so maybe you would want to test in the retail store or you can use a phone case.

In a word, the Honor 7A is one of the best budget phones. Yes, it has some disadvantages, but it is worth its money. If you want a new budget phone, you can consider it.
